Taken from his cartoon "A Robot takes calls for the VA" by award-winning artist Bruce Plante (courtesy Cagle Cartoons), this postcard focuses on how reduction in staffing has led to increased wait times and frustration for those who rely on federal services. The partially pre-printed message focuses on the loss of federal jobs and cuts to veteran's benefits, brought about by the Trump Administration and DOGE.

The addresses in this kit are for voters in Virginia's 2nd Congressional District, home of Virginia Beach, Naval Air Station Oceana, and the Norfolk suburbs -- a heavily military area.
